Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their "Zombie Hunter Story" account and related personal information through the in-app feature or by email.

1. Requesting Deletion in the App
After the Service launches, you can request account deletion from the account management or settings menu in the app. The exact menu names may vary depending on the UI of the released version.
2. Requesting Deletion by Email
To request deletion by email, send the following information to cs@flamehammer.games:
- Subject: Account and Data Deletion Request
- Game title: Zombie Hunter Story
- Account identification: nickname, account ID, login method and other information needed to verify your identity
- Email address for our reply
To prevent account theft or accidental deletion, the Company may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
Once account deletion is complete, the following information will be deleted or processed so that it can no longer identify you:
- Account information and linked login information
- Nickname, profile and game progress
- Owned currency, items, rankings and achievements
- User activity information that can be deleted, such as chat messages, reports and inquiries
- Account-linked information held by the Company in connection with advertising, analytics and error diagnosis
4. Data That May Be Retained
The following information may be retained for as long as necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, payment and refund processing, and security:
- Payment and refund records
- Customer support and dispute records
- Cheating, sanction and security logs
- Records that must be retained under applicable law
- System backup data
When the retention period ends, this information is deleted or de-identified.
5. Processing Time
The Company will process your request within a reasonable period after receiving it and verifying your identity. Immediate deletion may be restricted for information that must be retained by law or that relates to an ongoing dispute.
6. Before You Delete
Once account deletion is complete, your game progress, paid currency, items, rankings and service usage information linked to your purchase history may not be recoverable. Please check any information you need before requesting deletion.
